What's Your Passion? Here are some ideas to get you thinking:

    "I've got too many interests - how do I pick the one to go forward with?"
    "What do I do first to start my business?"
    "How can I turn my interest in (needlepoint, sports, perfume) into a business?"
    "I want to (fly a plane, write a book, live in Tokyo) - how can I do it without draining my savings or quitting my job?"

The rules:

  • No purchase required to enter or win
  • Twitter is notoriously prone to going down at the most inopportune times. Should this happen on Thursday the 24th, the brainstorming will be held by conference call or email

  • Winners will be selected by Allan and Gary based on creativity and earnestness of the answers to the "What's Your Passion?" question + on availability for the Twitter brainstorming

      So hang on, I'm a bit confused. Do you want us to *answer* the question "what's your passion", or do you want us to come up with a good question?

      My passion...well that's a good one. I've been stuck in a bit of an existential crisis: what point is passion if I can't even take care of my basic needs? I've been trying to find income through as many ways as possible and I've got a few, but it's hand to mouth almost. And it's frustrating.

      I really like making people smile in random ways. Like this dance flashmob I'm rehearsing for. Or the burlesque routine I did that paid tribute to Savage Garden and brought back teenage memories. Using creativity to help people find some joy in their life. What I could use some help with is making that sustainable, mainly financially but in other ways too.
